Last week I mailed out my Christmas cards, including some people I havent heard from in a year or more.  Imagine my surprise when the first one to come back is Karen, my longtime friend from Nebraska!  Wed not parted on the best terms and Id wanted to finally see if we could work this out.  Usually shes the one that finds me(even if I dont want to be found)but for this to come back with no forwarding addy...thats a but of a bummer.  So if yer out there Greenie and you see this PLEASE email me!

One of our local rock radio stations is having a contest where you make a 30 second tv ad extolling 98.9 The Rock and if your ad is picked, you win 20 thousand bucks. Those of you in cities with a "active rock" format station may relate to this script Im obviously not filming.....

Announcer: 98.9 The Rock!!!(over logo)

Graphic on screen then reads:"Where we just cant get over the fact Grunge is gone!(continuous play of Pearl Jam/Nirvana/Stone Temple Pilots & Sound alikes Creed & Days of the New)
